PENINSULAR PARK

The scope of this project revolved around repurposing the historic peninsular paper company building for the city of Ypsilanti. Originally a paper mill, the building has set empty since the 1970s, but has been transformed into a flexible theater, cafe, bar, and art gallery all while staying true to original material usage and architectural style. The old and new blend seamlessly and elevate Peninsular Park to another level of community engagement.
